Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop back to the free Epic plan — your collection data is not deleted.
Will I lose my cards if I downgrade?
No. Your holdings, scans and price history stay in your account. If you exceed the free plan's card cap you won't be able to add new cards until you upgrade or remove some holdings.
Which currency am I billed in?
All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP), including VAT where applicable.
