This policy explains what data Conquest TCG collects, how it is used and the steps we take to keep it secure.
What we collect
We collect your email address, optional display name and avatar, your card holdings and purchase prices, scan images you upload, notification preferences and referral activity. We do not collect payment card details.
How we use your data
Your data is used to provide the portfolio, binder, market and insights features, to send the emails you opt into, and to attribute referral sign-ups. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who can see your collection
Only you. Holdings, purchase prices and scans are protected by row-level security in the database, so other members cannot read your rows.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete holdings at any time, and deleting your account removes your profile, collection, scans and preferences permanently.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Significant changes will be emailed to the address on your account.
